She was honored with the Matt Wittwer award for the meaningful connections she fosters with associates, residents and families. Siler’s hands-on leadership style has been an inspiration to many, including leaders across WSLM’s properties and Legacy Senior Living communities.
The Matt Wittwer award, given in memory of the life of beloved WSLM associate, Matt Wittwer, recognizes an outstanding associate who goes above and beyond in demonstrating WSLM’s Personal Touch Culture which strives to make loving and meaningful connections with each other, customers and business partners. The honoree exemplifies inspirational leadership, high accountability in performance, creative problem solving, and above all, upholds Matt Wittwer’s memory by being a friend to all.
